TO OUR MEMBERS

In an effort to better serve all our members, the publication dates of the newsletter will be February, May, August and November. This allows time for memberships to be processed before the first issue is mailed. If you have changed your address notify us as the post office will not forward newsletters.

Please submit materials for publication in future issues. Bible records, family genealogies, family group sheets, wills and administrative records, military papers, stories and any other data of interest to researchers is requested so that it can be exchanged with other members. If possible have articles typed, leaving one inch borders on all sides. (See note below) Include your name and address on one of the pages. This will allow other members working on related families to share information with you.

Every effort will be made to publish accurate material, but we can not assume responsibility for errors on the part of contributors. Established errors will be corrected. Queries are published for members. There is no limit to the number of queries submitted and will be printed as space permits. Items for the newsletter may be sent to the Historical Society address.

I welcome any suggestions for making the newsletter an interesting and informative publication. Thank you for your help.
